It is basically an apartment (or flat, for our foreign friends). It is not like a hotel room. There are separate eating, living and sleeping areas.
No. Besides, most international destinations require putting a pet into lengthy quarantines, so do Fido and Fluffy a favor and leave them at home.
Yes. The maid service usually is every few days. Although having laundry facilities available to you is one of the perks of a condo, we know you probably don't want to have to wash all your linens and towels while on vacation.
With cookware and utensils...yes. With food and drink...no. You will have to plan a trip to the local grocery store (or charming local market, as the case may be). This requires no more time (and certainly less money) than eating one dinner in a fancy restaurant, and you might even have fun! (Think about shopping for fresh food in a charming French market).
Yes. Most properties have a concierge service, ranging from providing basic directions to the local public transportation system, to arranging for show tickets.
Most often the terms are for either 6 or 7 nights. Occasionally, we can add nights, so if you are interested, just ask and we will see what we can do.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to make your reservation. The balance is due 21 days prior to your occupancy of the condo. All payments must be made in US funds. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks and cashier's checks. Please note that payments made by personal check will not be considered "paid" until they have cleared the bank.
We like to help good causes. If you work with a documented NFP organization, email us to find out how we can help you raise money.
