We are regular people with regular jobs who own condos, but we can't go away on a vacation every week. So, instead of letting these beautiful condos around the world sit empty, we would like to rent them out to nice people like you.
Why stay in a condo?
Unless you get yourself a suite, staying in a condo for your next vacation is better than a hotel in so many ways. You get more square footage (room to breathe), separate eating, sleeping and living areas, and all the comforts of home. The best part for most people is the kitchen, because it saves you time and money as compared with eating out at a pricey tourist trap restaurant for every meal. There are usually laundry facilities, too, which means less to pack.Families
Condos are great for families traveling with kids. How many times have you paid $10 for a hamburger for little Jimmy, all to have him say he doesn't like it? With a kitchen in your unit, you can make the meals that you know your family enjoys, saving time, money and aggravation. Also, having laundry facilities at your disposal means you pack less, which is great when you are already having to drag along car seats, strollers and little Mary's favorite blankie. You also don't have to worry when someone's new white T-shirt gets painted with chocolate ice cream.
Seniors
Are you sick of fishing or knitting? Many retirees don't realize how bored they will be once they retire. Let us help you get out and see the world! On the other hand, many seniors are busier now than when they were working and could use a vacation from their retirement. We can help you with that, too!
Honeymooners
You have spent so much time and energy into making your wedding special. Why spend your honeymoon in some boring hotel room, when you can have an entire condo for less money? Can you picture preparing your new spouse a special breakfast and serving it in bed? How romantic!
Friends
Maybe you and your friends want to do a getaway just "for the girls." We know you love spending time with your best pals, but perhaps the thought of squeezing yourselves together in a double bed in a standard hotel room just isn't up your alley. With a condo, you have separate bedrooms, but can still share all the common areas and have yourselves an adventure to remember.
